Cancellation policy

We respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

We only refund tickets with a 24-hour notice.

Please note that there is a cancellation fee per ticket from Billetto:

All requests must be submitted to taarn@vorfrelserskirke.dk and include an order ID.

Paid tickets are refunded to the card used for the booking.

You will receive the refund in approximately 3-5 working days.
